Valuev Facing Trash talk
WBA heavyweight champion Nikolai Valuev has made the trip towards Nuremberg and stated that he is set and more than ready to beat his English boxing challenger, David Haye, who was earlier caught insulting Valuev through a harsh trash talk on a boxing live interview. Valuev, however, insisted that he would not leave the German city of Bavaria except with his WBA world championship belt and title.
Russian giant, Valuev, had started his professional boxing career late in comparison with other world champions; at the age of 36, Valuev is ready to tackle the challenge against Brit Haye at the boxing ring of the Nuremberg Arena. Haye is highly determined to claim his 1st world title but decided to confront one of the fiercest boxers; Valuev, who was called the “circus freak” by Haye earlier this month, will definitely use his 2.13 m of height to knockout the British competitor with his boxing gloves and his boxing techniques.
Valuev did not only knockout his previous contenders, but knocked out the boxing odds by not answering the English insults of Haye; it seems that boxing betting is set to answer the insults onto the boxing ring, Saturday night.
Valuev stated to the boxing news reporters that: "I am in great shape and I will take home my title with me. I really look forward to the fight."
On the other side, Haye (29 years old) looks more likely to get dominated with a lack of 23cm in height and almost 40 kg in weight in comparison with Valuev boxing statistics, not to mention the difference in the number of victories, where Valuev had already claimed 51 triumphs of which 34 were acquired by boxing knockout punches.
British Haye is already granted the credit for labeling IBF boxing and the WBA boxing heavyweight champion Vladimir Klitschko; as a matter of fact, boxing rumors mentioned the fact that Haye might be wearing a 15cm-high boxing shoes during the fight, in order to shorten the lack of height in face of Valuev. Some boxing experts doubted the efficiency of boxing shoes, while pointing at the elevating boxing equipment used as non-necessary and useless. Instead of counting on tallness, boxing gloves should work their way towards setting points or crafting knockouts.
Based on the bible tale of David beating Goliath through 1 stone, Haye was spotted on live boxing TV as he compared the fight against Valuev to the bible tale previously mentioned. In few words, Haye told the news that "David beat Goliath and this is my sling shot".
Valuev had been featured in 51 WBO boxing matches and has never been beaten through knockouts; still, Haye is determined to create the achievement and be the 1st boxer ever to put the Russian down onto the boxing ring.
Against all boxing betting and boxing odds of the game, Haye will be set to prove the wrong fairy tale that states that it is impossible to knockout Valuev.
Haye, who was broadcasted on live TV during the boxing game advertising, declared that "There's a lot of people saying it's a crazy tactic to knock him out. He's never been hurt, never been knocked down. But on my record, 21 out of my 22 victories have come by knockout."
WBO boxing fight will be hosted on Saturday night; both boxers have mentioned their only defeat in boxing stats but boxing betting odds seem to favor the Russian to win. Betting on boxing has always been subject to scandals but with decent online betting sites and honest sports bookmakers online, the bets on fights are being accurate and truthful.
HBO boxing is definitely going to apply the pay per view strategy, as a way to increase its incomes after marketing for the boxing game for a long time now; the fight of Valuev Vs Haye is expected to reach the top of the sports headlines even if the boxing results are beyond expectations or against betting odds.
