Stockholm Open Results Federer in Semis

Seeded number 2 in the World Tennis rankings and former multi-times ATP Tennis champion Roger Federer managed to survive the upset of Stanislas Wawrinka, closing the gap in the tennis scores and succeeding in beating his fellow Swiss tennis player with a final tennis result of 2-6 6-3 6-2 before grabbing his Stockholm Open tennis ticket towards the semi-finals.

Roger Federer, known as the Maestro, endured from a broken tennis serve in the 5th seed during the opening game and looked like being unable to carry on with the rhythm of Wawrinka until the 4th match of set number 2 when he smashed a winning tennis ball to launch his comeback into the tennis scores.

As the match got ended in favor of the Swiss Maestro, Federer stated that "Things happen really quick in 3-set matches and Stan got off to a flyer. I struggled with my rhythm a little bit.”
