Jimmie Johnson NEW NASCAR Record

Jimmie Johnson, star of the NASCAR videos for the last 4 years, succeeded in marking his name on the NASCAR records; J. Johnson entered the books of NASCAR as the 1st NASCAR driver ever to win the NASCAR Sprint Cup points championship in 4 times in a row.

Johnson’s number 48 Chevrolet had to tackle the Miami Speedway with an authority lead onto the NASCAR standings, topping the NASCAR championship and finishing the Miami Speedway in the 5th position, with enough points to claim the NASCAR title.

Denny Hamlin and his Toyota NASCAR car succeeded in claiming the 400 miles racing event, overcoming the finish flag in front of the Chevrolet racing car of Jeff Burton, peacefully.

Kevin Harvick ranked 3rd in the NASCAR rankings and ended the Miami Speedway on board of the Chevrolet NASCAR vehicle, behind Hamlin and Burton.

Jimmie Johnson, consequent to getting out from his winner car, told the NASCAR Live channels and to the NASCAR official website that "We're certainly going to try for a fifth. Even if it doesn't come, we've got to be happy with what we've done."

Johnson acknowledged in front of the NASCAR magazines and motorsport news that "It is a goal. I'm not sure how realistic it is. It's so difficult to compete in this sport."

Johnson at 34 years old, stated that a NASCAR race in Texas, when a further driver causes a NASCAR crash with his own racing car, continued to drive home despite the massive difficulty before claiming the NASCAR Championship title.

Johnson expressed his delight to become the Winner of NASCAR 2009 that "the pressure of winning the fourth didn't hit me until I hit the wall at Texas. You can't relax."

As part of the NASCAR domination, Mark Martin (team mate of Jimmie Johnson) managed to rank 2nd in the NASCAR, after finishing the Miami Speedway racing event in the 12th spot.

Legendary  Jeff Gordon, who also races in favor of the Hendrick Racing NASCAR team, finished on the podium with a 3rd spot in the NASCAR drivers championship.

NASCAR Stats

The Hendrick Motor Sport racing shirts and their NASCAR jackets are tied in points with the Petty racing Enterprises with a total of 9 NASCAR Stock Car Senior series championships.

The NASCAR official website, reported that Jimmie Johnson entered the NASCAR history after grabbing his 4th consecutive NASCAR Cup Series Championship in a row; the NASCAR.com questioned the possibility of breaching the 7 NASCAR titles and entering the NASCAR books? After all, the NASCAR team’s chief Chad Knaus is determined to breach that NASCAR record after accepting the 2009 NASCAR Championship trophies for both titles, NASCAR constructors title 2009 and the NASCAR Drivers title 2009 Sprint Cup Series championship.

Jimmie Johnson, referring to the NASCAR official website, did not only win the Ford 400 in Miami Speedway, but the victory goes beyond that, for he had accomplished way more important than just claiming a victory in a NASCAR racing event, onto a motorsport Speedway race track! Ending in the 5th place of Miami Speedway, is considered as a smart move: driving safely to reach the right amount of points to clinch the NASCAR title, and by that, getting tied with former NASCAR Cale Yarborough, in the numbers of most NASCAR championships won in a row.

On Live NASCAR TV, Jimmie Johnson raised his hands and shouted: "History, boys! No one ever, ever! I don't know how to thank you guys but, thank you so much."

Aside of the personal NASCAR statistics and NASCAR results 2009, the achievements of Jimmie Johnson NASCAR driving, and of his team mates led the NASCAR shop of Hendrick Motorsports to increase his sales especially after insuring the first 3 spots of the NASCAR standings 2009.
